KTH Q2
Finished 2011
This auditorium with curved rows was delivered to the Royal Institute of Technology in 2010 and has 83 seats. The chair model is called KS-401. Here it is with upholstered seat and back, as well as wooden details in birch. The armrests are in solid wood that has been stained. On top of backrest is a handrail clad in leather. The handrail gives the rows an aesthetically cohesive look while protecting the fabric on the upper back of the chair. Writing tablets are available in two models in this room, mounted on the back of the chair in front or in armrests where there is no chair in front.
